I wanted to know if it is possible to get a scope to put on a CA M15A4 SPC (or any other gun with a full stock) that I could see out of even if I have my face mask on. Also, why doesnt AEX stock the Marui S-System?

well with a face mask youll always have problems, but the eaasies way to to mount a red dot on top of your carry handle

If you can mount your sight High and forward you will be able to see better with a mask on.

Try a Flex 8 mask, its a very low profile mask. You can see down hard sites if you want. If you use a carry handle mounted rail and tall rings, you can see through the scope with any mask with no problem.
