I was browsing online for an M4 Army set-up and that's what they're doing to their carbines. Wrapping their scopes/flashlights/anpeq2 to their equipmments.

I had on of the early versions of the GR16 r4 carbine..had simlar issues with the hop..and some double feeding issues what type of hop bucking are you useing?

BTW with a good seal a m120 should be pushing well over 400fps in a v2 box...like around 420's or so I would think with .20s
