You guys might want to check with the person who took the pictures before you submit them. You don't want to get slapped with plagiarism.
Its called Xeroxing.
HeadOnTactical.com
It's called Xeroxing if you copy it for private use. It's called plagiariam if it's copied and then submitted to someone else to be printed in their calendar.
xeroxing is a modern day colloquialism for photocopying. Simply slapping the word "copyright" at the end of something does not automatically give you legal protection. You have to actually have it registered as copyrighted material. If the photo is taken from sacair and since sacair does not name the "owner" nor give credit to that person then it maybe and in all probability be considered public domain. Once public domain the person gives up any legal claim to such photos.

Doesnt matter they say you need to have TAKEN the photo:
I got my face in that photo (OP: B&M) and I don't what it float around the globe (some one may use it for pronography     ) ...Sure more than 100 face in there, some of them under 18 and their parent don't want that happen either. You need to ask their permission & sign for release waiver and ...and ...and ...etc before submit that picture...

WOW!! I learned a lot from this thread. I didn't know that. Seriously.
....but, yes, Andrew has a point. Remember people, there is the letter of the law and then there is the spirit of the law, as well. Most people who are nice and swallow..go by the spirit of the law  ....
