Quick Fix Question

May 6, 2006 5:06am
I'm trying to temporarily cut down on barrel wobble until i get a metal body for my TM M4 R.I.S., and i was wondering, would putting a rail cover on the top to bridge the gap between the R.I.S. and the body cut down on barrel wobble? i know that a S.I.R. will stop the barrel from moving side to side by fixing it to the body, but would a 11 rib rail cover yield similar results? i just need a cheap quick fix and i was wondering if any of you think that this could work?
