step 1) make a photoshop account , and upload photos. step 2) copy the IMG code under the picture you want to post . Step 3) paste that in one of your posts where you want it to be and presto! you have a picture.
oh yeah... make sure to make them decent sized... like 468x200 or something
put them in this format...
photobucket has this already made out for you (not photoshop like tokyo_marui said, i've made that non thinking mistake too)
