one time at one of my company's COPs I found one of those flare popper deals.. well I was the gunner for my truck and we had a short drive to my COP. I was the .50 cal gunner and we were the rear truck and I thought I would pull the thing up and we would shoot like a spark/flare off and thatd be fun and it.... I waited until we were isolated around a cliff corner with the other few trucks around the corner to fiire it off for fun. Well turns out it sounded like a damn 9mm.
