I just got my new TM M4 and am persuing to model it after one of the M4s in Black Hawk Down. I need a silencer(which is easy to find) a flashlight that can mount on the side of the outer barrel( a relatively cheap one) and a red dot sight that mounts one top of the carrying handle.
are you sure the guns they are using arent AR-15s and not M4s???
They were either using the Colt M733 or a model similar to it. People have been debating this ever since Black Hawk Down came out.
It was some form of an m16a2. As in fixed carry handle and full auto capable. Too many damn models from colt to tell.

Colt did make a 733 model.

I don't care wether or not its a 733 or an M4 or a AR-15. Its the same as far as im concerned, I just want it to look like that one in the movie.

Yeah, I don't think the M4 was out when BHD happened. Definately CAR-15 m773 model.
