Requiring pay is a pain. how about just let people play for free, and encourage donations. That way, you have no liability. They play of their own free will, knowinf full well the inherent dangers. I'm sure most players won't have a hard time donating $5 or $10 to play, since that's around the range they'd be paying anyways (you said cheaper than Sequoia). If I played there, I certainly wouldn't mind helping you guys out if I played there. $10 is no problem compared to the gas to get there. If I were playing somewhere else, i'd be paying more anyways.
