What do u guys think?? ive already got a thigh holster and am gunna get a vest, but i dont jond whether to get a vest with a cross draw holster or one without and then use the thigh holster.
X-draw or thigh/vest??

with a cross draw, and a 3 point sling, your gun drops right over the holster, and gets in the way, and defeats the purpose of a quick use sidearm. get a leg holster

With a crossdraw, your gun will get very dirty when crawling. I do keep a holster on the side of my MAV sometimes, just because it stays out of the dirt more, and I don't like having things on my legs, but if you are choosing between the crossdraw vest, or the vest with a thigh holster, go with the thigh holster for sure.

well... i say go with a vest and thigh holster if your going to be laying down and crawling more...but, the x-draw does come in handy when you're running and needing to reload or get to your pistol faster...

lol HAD two glocks sold one off for a tank of gas, got the idea for dual pistols in chest rig from Blain. I say go for thigh holster, thats what i use and i love it, i can draw my side arm fast, it doesn't get blocked by my rifle when its slung. THe only down side is that id u get a cheap holster or one that doesn't fit u well it can be uncomfroble. But what ever u get make sure its a thumb break, u dont want to be have a holster where its a clip like on a back pack where it requires two hands to get your pistol out.

thanxguys....now the 2nd part. if anybody has any experience with any of this gear please let me know. witch one is the best as in comfort, reliability, and usefulness.
