this question isnt really about AEX, but i'm pretty sure it would fit in a Sig with little to no modification
I had a sig battery in that same configuration but from a custom battery store. It fits in with the handguard and takes no modification. You just have to line it up correctly with the tabs and all. Once you get the hang of it, you'll have no problem.
I honestly think you should just get a CA M15 A4.
I honestly think you should stick with TM! the sig is nice, and its what he wants, probably b.c he doesnt want another M4 variant like you and every other noob.

i have had a TM SIG 552 for over a year now. i used to just run the mini batt then i got Lipo! i love it! i could never get the custom batt from AEX to fit good. i say go with lipo!!!
yeah, ever since my experience with one of their custom p90 batteries, I go elsewhere for batts. Still a good store, tho.
