My WA SV 5.0 keeps breaking this Loading Nozzle, any one know why this happen? Do I need a new metal chamber when I replace it?

Is it the little square piece of the nozzle that loads the next shot, the tabs on the side, or perhaps the rim of the nozzle is messed up?
Yeap the loading nozzel, broke the loading part under the hole.
Does the BB chamber okay before it breaks? it might be possible that it's jamming against the mag when the slide returns.
I have no ideal, this is a third times I replaced but still breaks. My guess is something wrong with the chamber but I not sure, that why I need to aks you guy before I am going to buy it.
