hey for those games just get an Nvidia 6800, or if you dont have the cash get the 6600, the 68 only comes in 256 bit, but the 66 comes in 128 and 256, if your smart get teh 256, also with the 6800 you can always get another one ane run them in SLI, its basically double vidoe power, and even with one you will be able to play all those games

anyone have any ideas what i should upgrade, or what i can do for my laptop. its pretty new, but i want some sugesstions. its a dell inspiron, with a 1.66 intel core duo processor, 1 gig or ram, 100g of memory, ati radeon x1300 256 video card.

hey ... umm you might want to get a new monitor if you want to play battlefield 2 and counter strike source , a 15 ms (millisecond) screen would be ok for source , but you need a maximum of 10 ms , recommended an 8 ms (that is what i have) and try to get a viewsonic , that will definetly get you to the games you want , but you also need the RAM ( 1 gb roughly) and the 6800 GEforce graphics card. :wink:

hey i forgot if u get 700$ i can build u one bad ass gaming pc not top of the line but enough to ge tthe job donw for modern games i know its a bit much for u but if u GET A JOB (im not one to talk so shut it) u could get osme money. :D

oh okay joe, sorry bout your POS motherboard, hm. i have a motherboard lieing around... well the graphics card worked and its decent for playing CS source.
