GUN PROBLEM..... PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ok i have a gun prob. i have a WE hicapa w/ SAS kit.....when i got home from my trade for it , i shot thru 1 mag....then when i went to shoot another, the gun flipped out and started shooting on full auto after i cocked the slide. I DIDNT EVEN HAVE MY FINGER ON THE TRIGGER! i dont know what to do........its not a valve prob......both mags i have do it.......but, when i rack the slide back (with a mag in it or not) the hammer wont cock.....
I have heard other people post here with the same problem of their gun going full auto. I dont think anyone was able to fix the problem. Good luck.
i say keep it like that...some problems will work themselves out...haha, but if this one doesnt work its self out, you will have one of very few, if not the only, full auto WE 1911...
Sounds to me like your cutoff sear is worn down. Or not there. Either way it, or a part it immediately interacts with isn't doing its job. This is what happens when you get full metal pistols from factory. Material quality is sacrificed to keep costs down. Good luck.

ya it would be cool for full auto.......but i think the gun is really broken
andrew....if i brought it in tomorro would u have the parts and b able to fix it??
No. Dont work on WE's.

1. The sear is worn
In close range combat, an unsuspecting melon will get the back of its melon blown off.
the gun i traded you is not a 1911 it is a hi-capa 5.1 ! and it worked whenever i use it
The "Hi-Capa" series is a 1911 in design.

xactly.....it pretty much just has a hi cap mag
takin the slide was my original thoughts....but the guy who traded me didnt give me the littelest allen wrench....and mine are either too big or too small.
will the hammer cock just pulling it back without racking the slide?
owww.....just tried that.......it started gion and split my thumbnail
ouch... i've done that seeing what happens "decocking" a gun by holding the hammer when pulling the trigger on a gun that doesn't do that :P . Did you take the grip off the frame? I did that once and i didn't put it back right and it didnt' work correctly till i fixed it.
no i didnt take the grip off......im gunna see if i could sell it....but if i figure out how to fix it then i wont......
hey look at ur other thread. u should trade for that guys glock. wow now im gonna think twice b4 buying a WE ive seen this happen with MANY of them. someone had theres fixed easily and quick at adventure zone once. but i forgot how it was done.

YESSSSSS!!! thats what it is. the guyy at AZ had this same problem and THATS how i helped him fix it. i sprayed some tri-flow lube on his slide, in it, and in his mag. and i think it worked. but this may be a different problem. try it abywats. a little lube wont hurt. lol UNLESS its green slime. haha

well......anybody have any tri-flow lube they could spare??
i think im all out. they sell it at pretty much any sporting goods store
Your name means nothing on the battlefield....
matt, did you just call him a "abywats"???? thats a wierd, germanish name to call someone...
WTF? lol but hey i am german though. haha

whats tri-flow lube? You mean 3 in 1 oil? Just use silicon oil in spraw form or from those little eyedropper bottles that come with guns. I read a while back to ONLY use silicon oil in airsoft guns... i think it was cuz petroleum based oils eat plastic
ya but the slide is metal. and so is the mag. but anyways. i guess any lube would work, its just that i found triflow to wor the best. and thats what i used on the other guys WE that had a problem very similar to this

so basically just get somemore lube when im at aex nxt??
Ya any lube would work for lubricating purposes but the worry is if it gets in the barrel or the hop it will eat bbs or the hop bucking. And yup... AEX.
wat was the problem with his?? i mite b at aex soon....im hoping to b able to get the sas kit off by then.....just so andrew can LOOK and see whats wrong
