Got my Guarder poly carb tappet plates today and reassembled my game P90. It took over 6 tries to get it right. DOH! Guarder tappet plates are a little larger than stock TM ones and require filing/sanding to fit! Just thought I would share that with those who are getting it. I can honestly say, though, that the stock TM tappet plate does not hold a candle up to this thing. This thing is tough, real tough. When I first re-assembled the gun, bb's would barely roll out the front of the barrel. I was like, "WTF"? Checked it out and there was air coming out the front. Took off the mag and fired it and a bb FLEW out the nozzle at high speed. "WTF"? I look in the empty chamber and pull the trigger a few times. Nozzle doesn't appear to be moving. Take it apart and, with gearbox in hand, push on the nozzle to see if it'll go back and forth. Nope, it's stuck in the back position. I try to pull it forward. It doesn't want to come forward. I take it apart and check it out. Ok, lube the nozzle and test, slides around just fine, right? Reassemble. Push back. Stuck. Hrm, ok, it's binding somewhere. Take apart, file, sand and reassemble. Still sticks halfway. Lather, rinse, repeat. A little better, but still sticks. Again and again I do this until I can put the gearbox back together nice and tight and the nozzle will return to the forward position easily. Also rotated the cylinder so that the hole is exposed instead of covered by the top strap of the gearbox. Reassemble it one final time and gave it a few test shots. Hrm, chronos are a little disappointing with the PDI 170%. Only getting about 360 fps with the 363mm tightbore. Ok, let's put the stock barrel back in. 350 fps. Oh well, whatever. I'm just happy that it works again. Probably need to fine tune it, but I'm not sweating it. Maybe it's because the hole in the cylinder is really overexposed. Who knows? It works like a dream. Grab a soda can to test it. Rips through both sides easily. Again and again, I rip through the soda can until it's Swiss cheese.
