gun problem UGH
ok so my pos g36k is screwed up one more im about to break it for good....but anyway its making some grinding noise like the motor istn touching the gears fully and the screw is pretty much all the way in, but there is still some give , like i can push it up and then when i do that it stops, what the heck do i do do i get a new motor mount cuz its a wee bit bent how i dont know but whatever can someone tell me what to do its a classic army ver 3 gearbox for anyone who doesnt already know
stripped gears maybe? get new gears and a new motor and make sure the screw is set perfect and u should be good to go for sure. thats the best way to fix it. u should get a new motor cuz it must be old if its already had a bunch of problems

wow. sounds like your pinion gear (the one on top of the motor) is stripped. Which means take it to AEX 'cause theyre the only ones who can take pinions off
i can take pinions off. ive worked with these kind of motors my whole life. bring me a new pinion and i could fix it. but i wouldnt wanna mess anything up putting the motor back it. but if u bring me the motor and a new pinion i could do it for ya. its a QUICK fix. or meet me at op.RT

ok next question how much is this gonna cost me id rather do it myself but im sick of messing with it
if they are just replacing the pinion it should be free. cuz it only takes like 1-2 minutes. or if u take just the motor in to them and a new pinion it will take less than 30 seconds. actually about 15.23 seconds. but ive done it in just a little under 2.4 seconds. thats my record time.

I did mine.

ya i guess u should do that then. even though id like to fix it for you. soo the word can be spread that i CAN work on guns for free. but thats alright. i think aex will do that for free though. as lon as u buy the pinion

depends on the job. if its simple and quick ill do it for free just out of consideration. even if it costs me a couple bux for a part.(hey what can i say? imma nice guy) but if its more difficult and i have to go buy parts or if it take a few hours. ill charge. usually 8 bux an hour maybe. or just a flat rate. for more info or wuestions fell free to call toll free. 1-800-airfix, and starting tomorrow 15% off all motor fixes.
