k i took out the pistol grip on my G36K. and i found this wied like o ring or sumthin. ill post pics but for now its black, metal, and its probably a centameter in diamiter. ill post pics soon...

heres the pic of it. again i didnt take apart the inside of the gearbox.

You are gonna need a rear caliper piston retractor tool to get the sucker back in. I believe ATD makes one for a decent price. Good luck.

hmmm could i take it to AEX to get it fixed?

Hmm i just shot a locap and it worked fine. again all i did was take the pistol grip or triger frame, watever u want to call it, out and i seperated it from the fiber body because i was going to paint it tomarro. but then i saw that piece and i just stoped and put it back together and BAM! it worked fine. i never opened the gearbox itself to get to the spring and crap. i guess its just like a spacer for a screw or sumthin. if anything goes wrong ill just take it to AEX and pay for it to be fixed...

I just delivered a new set of ATD's to all the AEX stores. So prepare to pay a handsome repair fee as they will be wanting to pay off their new tool

i fixed the problem. well realy, there was no problem. all it was was a washer. but i didnt know that. and all it goes to is to a srew by the stock. im a dumb ass :lol:

i didnt even mess with the internals. i only took the trigger frame off because im going to paint the gun OD in certant areas. ill post pics in my gun gallery later but nothin was wrong with it. all it was was a washer and i didnt realize that it was there.
