Anyone have a guess as to when upgrade or conversion kits for the TM 1911s would come out once the pistols start shipping?

4 months or so unless the new 1911 shares components with the Hi-Capa.

The slides maybe adaptable. But the frame definitely is not since it's a single stacker. Due out in Jun 29 in Japan.

Im betting we'll see the first, initial-version kits within the first month.

Just got mine in the mail today and I do hope the slides come out as soon as you guys say it will. Kind of mad at myself for nicking the lower reciever of the pistol. :x Redwolf is carrying extra 26 round mags on their website. Other HK retailers should have them too.

Think of it this way, mechanically the pistol works,unlike the two SCW 3 1911A1s I currently own.If it makes you feel better I jacked up the front taking of the magna tech that I used this weekend when I got it of the orange paint and had to repaint it.

It is a long shot, but I'm hopin' for an operator frame.

Nightblade, your magnatechs don't work? What is it they are or are not doing? I only ask as I have the same gun and am curious if they might be doing the same thing :shock:

saberpilot9000 check this post out, I try to explain the best I could whats going on with them, one I have to replace the slide because I dropped it a few weeks ago.

So does the slide blow back normally each time? Or does it kinda of make a weak pop and the slide just moves a little bit?

dude- you're right- those trades are mofo ugly. I got the WA 1911 and the trades are perfect.
