What do you do to get/stay fit.
Just curious. Programs you prefer, daily or weekly stuff, foods you prefer and those you avoid.

after you eat just go for like.....a 2mi. bike ride, at least 1 meal a day if you can......that helps me. i also go to the gym for a few hours a week.

i hang upside down for a couple of hours a day letting all the blood rush to my head until i pass out that seems to keep me in pretty good shape
I do about hundred situps every morning, 40 pushups, 10 pull ups, then run about 5-8 miles every other day, plus ride hell of long on the weekends. Of course I do not eat any cheese, milk etc., rarely eat red meat, nothing fried. if the sounds good well you must be as sick in the head as I am. LOL

i go to ff as much as i can, im gona start drinking portien shakes to help me to. i usually push myself on the treds because i suck at running. if u can sit in a sauna afterwards it helps relax ur muscels, make sure not to do any workout fast it will damage ur joints. and watch out on the dumb bells they can be really bad if u dont do ur workouts right. test out differnt weights on the machines. if ur looking to get stronger then use light weights. if u want bulk, get the heavier weights. try to find the right weight if u go bulk. u dont want something to heavy to fuk up ur joints. get something that u are comfortable with. thats all that i have learned from the bigger guys their. im probably gona be corrected on this and flamed. but im just trying to help out

or you can go with what the scientist's said about masturbating... one masterbation is close to the same as 1 30 minute workout...which i think is crazy, but hell, the scientists said it worked...so it probably works...haha.

Ok dude this is waht i do for my diet work out regim, i eat a huge breakfast so i have calories to burn all day, then i hit the wieghts for about 1/2 an hour, i dont drink soda, only water. I dont eat fast food.
I light myself on fire once a month to burn off excess blubber. It sucks, though, 'cuz the rest of the month I have to sit around being a couch potato waiting for my crispy skin to heal up. It's a vicious cycle.

Swimming is one the best form of low-impact/high resistance workouts available. Start with a few laps a day. And increase you're laps every week or so. Then in about a month or so change it from number of laps to swimming time. Meaning you don't stop at a certain # of laps but swim consistently for a # of minutes. Swimming will not only burn calories quickly, but tone your upper torso very quickly. Especially with certain strokes.
