i would absolutely LOVE to be in the military!! but i haee one thing holding me back. i heard that you cant join if you have a history of being clincally depresssed?? is that true

The military is getting picky, I know two guys who got the boot cuz they got fat (like not alot but over their target weight), and I know a dude was taking anti-depressants and the airforce found out and booted him out of the air force.

The part about a history of being "clincally depresssed" is what I meant, I believe that the USAF policy is not to take someone with a history of metal issues, just to clarify kajunkraut15.

Got that right Rog, remember I had 1st, 3rd bn's AND 1st Force! Don't forget also, alot of bro's got to go to Ranger also. Everyone that I've spoken with about that school, it's nothing but a stress out leadership school. Half the guys in my section are Ranger qualed, to them, it's no big deal. Now the Ranger "Batt's", that's where they start getting the good training, but they have a mission, just like all the other high speed dudes do. But yeah, 0321's definately get it all rolled into one.
