anyone ever ordered anything from them before? they appear to be the only site i can find carrying the WA Elite 1A in stock, redwolf and everyone else are sold out.

So i went ahead and ordered the gun from this site last tuesday. I read nothing but good about this site and their treatment of customers and shipping time. My order still says "pending" on their site and the only confirmation i have recived is that they recived my payment. I emailed their "contact us" adress twice and webmaster@airsoftclan.com. No one replied to contact us and webmaster@airsoftclan.com is full. Why am i the only person to have trouble with this site, i have only read very good things about them. Im wondering if they shut down or something.

I would open a full dispute with PayPal. You can always close it if they deliver or contact you with other information.
I had a simliar problem with them a while back. I paid, then waited, and waited and waited. In the mean time I was ending emails just like oyu with no response, so I also opened a dispute with them through paypal, well that finally got me an email form them asking why I did this to them. Come to find out the parts that I was ordering were out of stock, well that would have good to know rather than wondering if I got took. I also noticed that whoever is in charge of their webpage or whatever speaks/types unusually bad english. I finally got what I ordered though.

Ya i elevated it to a claim, and he still hasnt responded, and frankly i hope he doesnt. I couldnt even send him emails though because his inbox is full. I also found out that the transaction for the pistol never went through when I checked my bank statement, only the shipping i sent over paypal. So i orderd the gun from Tokyo Central Hobbies. I figure that if Airsoftclan is still a company (with a full email address?) that if Redwolf hasnt got the gun back in stock since i decided on the gun 2 weeks ago that things dont look to hopefull for airsoft clan.

Ya, never heard from the guy, paypal gave me my money back and i used WGC, was a dissapointment after all the review i read.
