foam???

Im getting a CA socom silencer today, and i want to know how to foam it, and what kind of foam to use......i can probly figure out how to get it open.....but will any kind of foam work??? like, the egg-crate foam bed liner type stuff???

its a socom silencer........metal, no foam.....ill get over to home dopot soon. does sacair allow more than 1 aeg on a person at one time???
