Tactics scenario.
Wait so where is the entrance? I thought the place where the man is laying was the entrance but now I think its a window.
Im already here so somebody's gotta die....
Windows are the ones without a gap next to them. Doors have the gaps.
do we know what room these terrorists are in? And if they are literally holding the people in a hostage hold? Or just have them tied up? Also, so that dead guy is right next to the only entrance?
Im already here so somebody's gotta die....
With windows closed and taped we have no idea where they are.
I right now will ask the neighbors for the families number and call them. So I call them do the T's pick up or not?
Im already here so somebody's gotta die....
Dude, u nerds... playing D&D on the internet...

Dynamic entry through the front door. Point man pistol with tac light the rest with lighted silenced mp-5's. Flood the east wall covering the kitchen and hallway. slice the pie to the kitchen to clear. Same with northeast bathroom. USe mirrors to look into the hallway. Then have two men on each wall heading west in the hall. while moving west they are cutting the pie looking into the 3 remaining bedrooms. Then the 2 guys on the north wall clear the 2 north rooms. then rejoin the team to clear the south bedroom and bath.

Thanks, ronnie, I was thinking shotties too but those hostages, which I think would be dead if they were in the last rooms. I think they should have the hostage negotiator get them out of the house ( by telling them whatever they want to hear)and then set up a better place to take them out.

Hey, it was worth a shot. Good to see ya'll are still operational here.

I was thinking about something similiar along the lines to what poser and viper posted.

Does this situation occur during day or night time? The first officer responding to the call would cordone off the area while calling in additional units. After sufficient uniformed units have arrive they would interview any witnesses that might have seen the crime. Once they have enough information they will relay it to the swat commander who will brief the team. A robot should be sent to the building first to check on the gunshot victim then recon the area. The robot should first enter the open door to see if any explosive devices have been planted, if there are any explosives bomb squad should be notified, if not further recon should be made. Once the initial area is cleared, a two man squad will cover for the other two man element to retrieve the body of the victim. Once the victim has been cleared from the door the four man team will enter the building. Snake cameras would check any doors that have been closed, if the assailants or hostages have been located by the camera tear gas then flashbangs will be used to keep the assailants from reacting to the breach. Hostages are freed while the criminals are arrested.
I just HAVE to say...what about the ATF method? Burn the whole place down and say that the badguys killed the hostages...
Every day above ground is a good day.
"if you want to go HARDCORE....blow the front door, then instead of being there come through the roof HAHAHA"
breach the western wall using an apc or ramming vehicle. Split the team into 2-man stacks. 1st team enters behind breached western wall. 2nd team breaches hrough front door. Both teams use DD's before entering.

No one have any other idea, opinions, observations?
Are there any demands from the hostage takers and do the people residing in the building know the suspects?
Verbal demands are for an empty and fully fueled police APC and a clear avenue to a private airsoft 23 miles away. They were made when a privately owned white Crown Vic passed down the street and the HTs thought it was an unmarked police vehicle.
Here's what I think, some of it may be repetitive of other's ideas:
Damn Chase, what do you do in your spare time? LOL. Just messing with ya bro.

I was asking myself that after I wrote that. That took so long that my dial up logged me out.
Oh yeah are they exhibiting signs of drug use? They might be so high that multiple rounds will be needed to take them down. I advocate the team to use SCAR-H to terminate the suspects.
Sorry, dean, but the SCAR looks like @ss. My SWAT team rolls in fine Belgian style.
That is the reason why most LE units are transitioning to the .40 caliber round if they haven't switched already. For you information Chase, Fabrique National will be manufacturing the SCAR. I believe SOCOM chose them to produce the SCAR variants along with the EGLM.
none the less, isnt the scar an H&K design? not dissing on H&K, but the scar's plain ugly.
