omg i just got it yesterday

i just got a pt92 taurus blow back and it worked fine at first but now it wont shoot,i put the clip in it and i shoot and it starts making a wierd nois and doesent fire,then i have to take the clip out and try to get out the bbs

if not tell them to shove it , and iam guessing it came in a tough plastic container right? tell them it is impossible to not rip apart the box to get to the gun!
