I read on Arnies that airsoft guns being confiscated and arrests were made of the owners after the receipts and work order info was taken. Guns were in excess of 2J. Though everyone has had 8 months to downgrade their stuff and notices were sent out to all manufacturers and stuff.

no it applies to all. The GBB companies are sweating a little because the gov. has raised the testing room temp. from 20*C to 35*C with 134A.

JAPAN sux! Talk about a fascist state!!! Individualism is sneered at, and free commerce is trampled upon. Japan has guns outlawed, except for the wealthy, and they still have crime! The Swiss have a 100% militia, with everyone having a full-auto HK, and they have no crime. Facts is--guns don't cause crime. People do! These laws do NOTHING to solve crime issues.
