i would suggest you not get an electric desert eagle , they flat-out are terrible in my opinion , i think go for any TM AEG you want , they are reliable , and very durable and will meet your expectations!
Not to be an ass but, Read the signature.

get a tm m4, ak, or g36c for your first gun. they all have average range, and a lot of options. Stay with tm, and dont buy anything under 100. I'm talking about pistols there.
oh and you spell "newb" like this: n00b.
watching im on the same boat as you im a n00b as you can tell from the signature i have a tough time deciding but i really like poser's signature
im trying to say dont depend on what others say just take tips. this is advice im not demanding you to do this.
look around and you will find some sweet deals out there. As pistols go I just bought a kwc colt match for 68 bucks and the mags were 13 apiece and the gun rocks. Shoots very straight and has decent range, no hop up so it is limited to around 90 feet but really what do you need for a pistol?

i suggest you get a CA.They are full metal, and my CA m4 feels, and looks, Exactly like the real thing! A TM will NEVER look like a real gun.

actually, i dont need to cool down, i want you and all the other CA lovers to calm down. you all get on here thinking that CA owns all and that a metal body and a few more fps make CA's the best guns ever. well, it doesnt. i dont wan this thread to be jacked with a whole new CA vs. TM thread for the 80th time, so ill stop. but, i say listen to my advice and get TM. you will love me in the long run when you go through 20,000 rounds and nothing has broken while a CA will go for about 2,000 and start to loose even more compression.
im typed that assuming the guy didnt want to fork out $100+ bucks on a metal body for a TM.CA COME with a metal body.
Stormtrooper. You are new to the world of AEG's. You have 1 AEG and its a CA m15A4. Of course you are going to tell everyone to go and get one. My point is, don't start talking down about something you haven't tried.

God! this thread is quickly becoming another CA vs TM vs CA thread! I'm still very new to SacAir and when I came across that old thread it just cracked me up!

i ran metal bushing and an m120 in my old m4 for about a year with 0 problems, till the gear box cracked but still 1 year with that spring and i threw ALOT of ammo.
