How to make your own replica rifle plates

Aug 10, 2006 7:58am
I recently bought stand alone armor plates rated at NIJ III for rifle bullets - for the cool factor of course. There’s the choice between steel, ceramic, and poly- something… I simply picked steel due to the fear of dropping it and ultimately cracking it – the Kejo Steel plates with a single curve, 10x12 inches. Because it is steel and the risk of ricocheting bullets, it also has a few layers of Kevlar from that danger.

My question is : Why do you want to carry that crap for airsoft game ?

Why do people drive SUVs or spend 1000s of money on airsoft? SUVs are literally impractical from an economical standpoint - just as well as airsoft.
