Isn't D's design off of somewhere else? I saw that logo an a Crye Industries shirt once, at least I think it was that logo, except it said "major League Infadel" or something like that. What if you could doctor that image and add the silhouette of other guys to the image, in progressively lighter and lighter shades behind him? I don't have any image editing software otherwise I'd show you guys what I mean. Four guys like Chris's idea, but in an action pose like the guy on D's.
oh man, GREAT DESIGNS GUYS!

ya know...I wasn't suggesting a patch instead of a t-shirt or cap. In fact, all my BDU's are sterile and I like it that way. One time I was wearing a set with a patch from another club--and I got a load of crap from a vet in a starbucks.
Every day above ground is a good day.
Thanks (yemcl) for your support.....and help with my initial idea. I like your idea about adding a few more silhouettes around the main person that is displayed as the main image. Having the extra operators portrays a "TEAM" theme, instead of a single entity. Since Sac Air is based on friendly attitude and team-work, I thought it would be cool to have a team theme as a representation of SAC AIR...

Chris..you're awesome ....thanks for your support...and I'm glad you're sticking it out with the team. Wish you were closer. Are you planning on moving out this way in the future for school or college ..work..etc? We need more of the team out at the events..etc to support Sac Air and help the admins with anything they need. They really are doing a good job and lately, I've been impressed with their dedication to more complex scenarios and they have been open to asking others about what they would like to see happen at these events.
I think this is a good shirt design and it shouldn't be too expensive being that its only three colors.
Yeah.....That's it! That is perfect!
I like that... thats pretty damn sweet.
Derek, I'm working on a design using your latest 3-man concept. Those three remain unchanged, but i'm drawing out ideas for a point/contact man in several poses, and with different weapons. I'll PM you with details.
I'd pay EXTRA for a 5.11 vest in Kahki...
The plain texts ones are nice,
How about Khaki and the logo in OD?
i'd buy that one, looks kick ass
I've got a little something on the way, just gotta find a way to get it here... just an addition or two to Derek's newer threesome.
Sorr it's taken so long guys, college snuck up on me pretty fast, been real busy.
It's a rough idea guys, give me some feedback, The final would be sharper and would obviously not have any of my notation.
reduce the size of the m4. reduce the width of the siliencer, or ditch it entirely. sure fire is good.
turn the sig guy around and make the gun smaller. it looks like he is going to shoot one of the guys' backs to the untrained eye.
Thought so. everything is so big because I was working with markers with fat, messed up tips that blead a little. But thanks for the criticizm. Anyone else?
sooooo..........are there any shirts/hats that are gunna be made????
Chris, from an art directors perspective, looks good. There are some general design "no no's" though. Make sure that the logo is "balanced" on both sides. It looks like the left side is weighing down the right. If it is a centered design, maybe have guys pointing in both directions. Also, try to keep the soldiers within the logo boundaries, and not hanging so far off the text. Other than that looking good. I would love to design something, but my heavy work schedule will not allow it. I am super busy designing toys, trading cards, and packaging for "24" right now. Fun stuff....
Yeah...Ty has one of the best occupations in the world...lucky bastard..heh..heh..LOL......
(Cahse42) we need to talk more with you. You don't seem to let us know what's going on with you. When you are a team member, you are a team friend, as well.
shall this fall through the cracks?
nope talked to steve, he is busy but he is working on quotes! i want a t-shirt bad!!!!!!!!!!
