hey everyone , i was wondering , i have been looking for a bi-pod for my VSR-10 , and i have only seen adapters , what do these adapters do? well , what i mean is , which bi-pods fit these adapters , yes i already used google , and found not much information , so help me out.

a harris bipod will attach to the adapter you have. all adapters are pretty much the same.
