not sure if this has been posted, but i just got this in an email from a friend...
ya know...If you order the silencer separately, at a later (or earlier) time, it will come in a small envelope from TNT or FedEx and those get checked less often. Just make sure the ticket says "toys" and not "silencer" you may just get it by. Good luck.
Every day above ground is a good day.
hmm i dunno if that'd apply to airsoft stuff beyond the looks (which can be a big problem)... airsoft silencers can't be used on guns. Theres no baffles or ports just foam and i'd assume you'd destroy the silencer wtih the heat and muzzle flash. Maybe i'm reading the pdf wrong... course i'm sure liberal anti gun people will find a way to constrew this to apply to airsoft
i just got 2 green laser's from hk and customs had them for 3 days and opened them to look at them  iam lucky the guy put 5mw instead of 15mw
there is no victory with out loss!!

How about the fact that a 14mm negative thread won't go on a 1x28"positive thread without removing a ton of metal?
If someone is prepared to use a hacksaw and tape to reduce the report of a gun 7 dB (which is significant, but yields a gun not nearly as quiet as a rock concert) what is to stop them from using less money and probably only a couple minutes more and make a homemade silence with instructions from a book.
