First off I am thinking of buying an M14 off of Redwolf and having them upgrade it to 400 FPS. I need some like, encouragement, is this gun like really cool? Does the wood stuff look good? Is it worth spending like 512 on? 323 for gun, like 179 for level 3 upgrade. If anyone wants to sell me one that is shooting 400 FPS and is in very good condition, along with some mags and a battery I will pay like 400. Thanks. I need answer to both of these please.

the M14 is a solid reliable gun. its a great AEG and preforms like one. you dont need a level 3 upgradeto get it to 400fps. dropping an m120 should give you 400+ fps. my suggestion is have one shipped to the states, then take it to AEX for them to upgrade. $50-75 depending on what you have done.

yah Mike just told me to buy one at AEX for not only a cheaper price but I could have them upgrade it for only 50 bucks to 400 FPS. Also, can I buy the m120 spring or whatever I need there? Can I do all of it at AEX>?

My advice is go to AEX buy the OD m14 for 350 and have them do the 50$ upgrade and bam dam good gun good to go.

My reliable G&G M14 shoots 390 stock...NO upgrades at all. I bought it at AEX, pulled it from the box, used a spare battery, and chrono'd it right then. nice!!!

the OD M14? Doesnt the Wood look hella cooler? And just as tactical right? I would think the wood would like nicer, more classic.

$50 will get you a M120 and metal bushing installed on your gun. realize that your gun will be shooting 415-425 fps until you break the spring in.

I have the real wood kit. Don't get he OD. It really doesn't make that much difference inthe field for AIRSOFT. in the real wolrd, you'd want to cammo every part of your body, but in airsoft, hey....it's a game!

you're better off getting an aeg from aex. Redwolf may still be having problems with their aeg's getting seized by customs. Also you only need an m100 and bushings changed out to get 390+ fps on the marui m14.

...mmmmmm....wet dreams???? no- just kidding. there are used ones on SacAir sometimes. In fact, I think that there's still a used M14 for sale here already upgraded and ready to roll....

I think with that listing---you get the OD stock AND a real walnut stock.
