I believe it's meant as a roofing/ irrigation installation type multi-tool. Quite a bit you can do with one actually.

Its big and ugly! That must mean it can kill way more people(than a pistol).
In close range combat, an unsuspecting melon will get the back of its melon blown off.

glad they don't ban 30-nail clips! my coil nailer would suffer! this thing looks too useful, we must ban it. Afterall, everyone knows that "gangs" love to carry 20-pound rifles....

What do you mean "rifles"? it's obviously meant to do much more than a mere "rifle!" We shouldn't just ban that, we should ban Milwaukee!
