Having a little trouble with my tm vsr-10 and narrowed it down to where the bearing spring guide tip is sometimes unscrewing itself and making the gun not lock when cocking it back. anyone have any experience with the spring guide and possible fixes? or just use some gorilla glue on the thing as it seems pointless that it can come off ;)

yes! on any bolt action rifle when you upgrade the spring guide to a metal one, usually it screws in 2 main parts, and when those parts (the shaft from the base) unscrew a little bit, it makes the bolt not engage properly.
