I'm looking for good & reliable radios. I've had motorolas & cobras in the past but after the CQB Challenge at Fort Ord last week, I realize that my crew really need some good radios along with the headset. Lets hear what you all have and how good they are. Please post. Thanks.

i got 1 , if you only need one , sounds like you need a whole lot of 'em , go for midland , they work wonderfully and are very clear.

fry's elctronics has them in diffenent colors , and these neat and comfortable "around the back of the head" headsets (weird name) that come in packs of 2 for 30 dollars (the headsets) the radios range from 30-100 i think.
midlands, cobras and motorola talkabouts are all going to be about the same since they are all frs/low powered gmrs radios. If you want a step up from that then you're looking at the UHF, CB or 3+ Watt gmrs radios.
