I think it was a guy on a street bike. Thats the impression I got anyway.
In close range combat, an unsuspecting melon will get the back of its melon blown off.
From what I got, it's a fast a$$ car with over 1000hp. It's use is only for the street. He beat people here and there but finally lost. He raced 2 stock bikes I think but he finally lost to 2 modded busas. Now he wants more horse power... I say you win some you lose some.
