First of all, ehobbyasia isn't just one guy, its a Japanese retailer company. If they did indeed restart thier account, they would be carrying about 1% of the items they used to have in stock.

Ya, it's them, they have the same scope I just ordered with the exact same ad. I believe that their feedback was all just reset.

My best guess is that they were caught selling something that ebay doesn't like and as a result they got all their feedback erased.. meaning alot reputation erased.
