I used to go to TJ with my old band to play gigs almost every other weekend. Unless you do something really stupid, your not going to get arrested. It actually isn't that dangerous of a place. Starting 2007, it is most likely that US citizens will be required to have a US passport to croos the border back to the US.
yeah i just went to canada a few months back and read up on it, in 2k7 you'll need a passport to go to any country, canada, mexico, africa whatever.
