Ok so after having switching to a Li-Poly battery being heavily recommended I have some questions first. Yes I've done searches in these forums as well.

The regular connectors work fine, but you will blow your fuse so you might as well remove it. I have lipo's in 3 guns and all run stock wiring.
We are a large manufacturer of Lithium Polymer battery packs for RC planes and cars. We would like to make packs for AirSoft guns but need some guidance as to size and capacities. Any help and information would be appreciated.
have your R&D guys go buy some airsoft guns like TM or CA ones and have them put battereys in there and see waht happens, find the ones that work the best withouth doing the most damage. lol

I use 7.2v in my aeg's and it's upgraded with 120 spring. Like I said before the main factor with lipoly's is the discharge rating. The better the rating the more power it can supply. That will in turn increase both rate of fire and the power of the spring. To be honest with you a 7.2v lipoly will give you the rate of fire of somewhere between a 8.4v and a 9.6v. However it will definitely give you the power necessary to pull a 120 spring like a 9.6v can.
