ok, I was lubing my TM P226 and I noticed a rattle in the slide. I looked in the gas hole in the bottom of the loading nozzle, and I saw what looked like a piece of broken plastic. I took the thing apart, looked at the part, and it seems not to have been snapped off of anything.
