A nice gaming computer will keep you up to date with new games (graphically) for about a year. A PS3 will never be outdated by any of its games.

no see look, Ps4 wont be out for like what another 5 or 6 years. Maybe a little less. The ps3 games just look better and better as the cycle progresses, you never have to upgrade a thing. But then after a year or so and the pc comes out with a new game that requires so much of this, you have to go and buy more advancements to keep up with the best. While the ps3 is a one time and your good forever.

Because PC games are better, and have more features is why they progress so much better than console games.

This is pitiful. I'm #130 in line at the Playstation Store at the Metreon in SF and I've been here since 2300 Wednesday night. I have $650 in cash in my pocket for a PS3. This store has 200 units. I'm cold, I'm pissed off at stupid gamers that are high, and my butt hurts.

may reason why the console market and pc market are diffrent. Remeber PCs play ALL SORTS of things and do MANY things. Where as a console is a dedicated system to only the games, excpet for movies and music but they all run basiclly the same. The nintendo system for exapample does not play movies or music and it has little to no load time. But in all im gona get the Nintendo WII, why? caus the sword fighting game looks sick.

I have a 360 and love it. The 3 3.2ghz processors and 512 MB of RAM and every game supporting 16:9, 720p and 1080i its good enough for me.

The next playstation isnt coming out for over 10 years. By then the new xbox will come out and tottally own the ps3. Example. The PS2. It owned for its time until xbox came out,and with the bonus code name halo. And trust me. Halo 3 is gunna kill the PS3. And guess what? One of the main reasons of buying a PS3 is MGS right? Well guess what? The MGS creator is thinking about making MGS for 360 since he KNOWS that since Xbox 360 is gunna sell because of the lower [price, why the hell not make one for them? Hell get double the sells, and he might be able to tamper with the online downlads.
