In my bible it dosnt give the hour of the day.

My point that it's contradictory... the Bible is full of it. As long as you can accept that and use it as a tool for guidance, and not a weapon (using it as evidence that people will go to Hell), then good - good for all of us.

I think the thread regarding adminship grew fast than this... not to mention more interesting. LOL.

The only thing I can say is if you think the bible contradicts itself then im sorry your wrong its because you dont understand the bible but personally im not the best person to argue over this with I would go to a christian website and ask then the questions about contradictions because they are better suited to answer you than me at the moment.

Rapture needs to happen ASAP so we can clear up the message board :) haha

Depends on who's interpretation of the bible we are using,too many different view points about the bible to decide if or if not I am going to heaven or hell, I realistically could not find contentment in a part of religion that talks about tolerance and yet doesn't practice it.

i appreciate that but reading it over it looks like i am just rambling there is more to come this opened up a can of worms that not only hits close to home but is just flat out important to me how one religious fanatic can pass judgement on another is beyond me I have said it many times there is a fight between good and evil I know what side I am on I belive most organized religions all mean good and have their own "faith" and talk to them they are all certain of where they are going...... crap here I go again, you know I might get flamed for this but I dont care, I finally made a choice as to what church I wanted to attend so i converted to mormonism wrong or right I like their values that it is not by faith that you are saved but faith and works, also the entire church is so family oriented I dig that alot now I know everyone knows a bad mormon, and everyone is so quick to point that out but how many of you know a bad catholic or a mad baptist or a bad jehovahs witness? the point is we all have sinned and all fallen short of the glory of god what are you gonna do with that knowing that? are you gonna try harder and make a difference? there comes a point in everyones life where you want to belive that there is more to life that there is something beyond my own greatness just stop pushing it on someone else do your thing and leave me alone we could all just convert to islam

I dont think it matters what religion you claim I feel its a matter of how you go through your daily life, you can make choice some may view as wrong but if it isnt wrong to you congrats, I feel it is important to go through life and be courteous and caring to those around you just be a good person, church teaches you that if you drink smoke or do the premarital things than your a bad person but i dont feel that is necassarily true though actions speak bigger than words I think its a matter of ones own feelings that shall decide on what is wrong or right as long as its not hurting anyone else than what is wrong?

Why do people keep asking for my age I dont see a reason or a purpose for knowing it.

are fearless and jake friends? I ask your age because the things your saying remind me of a kid just back from church camp on fire and stuff but believe me the fire will go out, yes telling me that if I don't say a preyer I will burn in hell is a threat what world are you living in? yes born agains have a cocky attitude because of there beliefs, put them in a room with a mormon and you will see the fear they have for people and other religions tolerance is an excellent choice of words you know when i was younger and aattendthe born again churches regularly I had youth pastors and pastors ssupportthe burning of the book of mormon, they all thought it was funny, they are afraid of things they do not understand tolerance is a funny thing teach it but don't know how to act it, I remember different sermons but the ones that stood out most are the ones telling us the the real enemy is other religions the only church I have ever attended that liked and cared about all other churches and didn't look down on them are mormons no i am not trying to push my own religion I am simply pointing out that born agains are scared people that need the feeling of knowing hey if I do something wrong I will be forgiven not a big deal so go ahead sin it up and its all gonna be okay

Church is a religion, having a personal relation ship with God if your choice that you make by yourself not what everyone tells you to do.
