220 fps? You sure about that? I'm sure they shoot harder than that stock, at the very least 275fps.

we got 220fps, seemed kinda weak to us as well since its supposed to be around 300. once my friend eats his lunch, we gonna chrono it again.

regardless of, at 100 ft, the thing still felt weak on me. Not a whole lot of hitting power

Get a prometheous tightbore, and 110 spring and metal bushings (total cost at AEX) its 114.50. And its worth every penny. For those who were at the Castro Valley in early October saw my M14. Its was shooting really really far and accuarte. I got a confirmed kill at at least 125 feet away. Im telling you, if you got a tightbore, plus a 120 spring this thing will be rocking. The Fps with the 110, trightbore, and metal bushings is at 375-385

If you have a good seal and no leaks with an sp120 plus metal bushing, you should be around 410 fps at the least. If you add a tightbore in there, you should be past 420. That is my setup on my m14 plus a new piston shooting 430-440 fps.

lol thats nothing, one of my freinds has an m130 tight bore, bushing and i think piston set in his m14 shooting like 490 and it still has full auto, sob that fu cker hyurts

my m14 shoots around 490 fps w/ full auto.....no problems on my gun. :twisted:
