Well known sniper around here.
Oct 27, 2006 7:37am
LoL ive never heard of nor seen you apache and 537 with .36 is overkill, the range gained out of that extra fps negates itself becuase your engaugement distance is now like 150+feet(if your curtious)

Can M40's use M700 mags?
Oct 29, 2006 12:28am
yup, the m40, m700, and m24 all use the same mag while the aics and k98 use seperate ones. the short-lived fluted m24 Long magazine used a special long-style mag that could only be used by that rifle. same with the parts. The parts are all interchangable unless specified that they are not.

gas sniper rifles arent as good stick to the APS, best performance by far IMO
Oct 29, 2006 7:10am
Opinions are best left to personal experience. No matter how good your 'opinion' is. Thats IMO.
I am a 33! Be proud of what you are...
Oct 29, 2006 7:55pm
hey eaglemike, my opinon comes from personal experience. Its also my opinion from personal experience that people jump on the gas rifles because they shoot hard out of the box and people think that is what makes an effective sniper rifle. That is one of a few things that are overlooked.

Oct 30, 2006 4:35am
well my strategy is first evaluate the surroundings then go for the highest grounds to have a view of everything. then sit and wait. also i dont recommend being next to bee hive the bees hurt lol
PISTOLS 4 LIFE!!!! 11/05

high ground is good to an extent, do not position yourself on the highest point as the skyline will silohoutte you and spotting a sillohoutte is cake. a spotted sniper is cake so thats a no no. Being slightly above can be an advantage though.
Oct 30, 2006 5:29am
having the higher ground gives u a 3-1 advantage assuming u know how to aim lol
Oct 30, 2006 5:43am

(The Capn) said it before I could..LOL! I don't snipe for a living, but I do conduct lots and lots of surveillance in remote locations during civil and criminal investigations, so I use many of the same principles, but without killing the person. Sometimes I have to wait all day in order to get the photographed evidence I need to establish and start the on-going surveillance. In doing so, I have to place myself in a position that is the least likely place where someone would notice me. I then have to act and work as if I'm not conducting surveillance at the same time. Everything matters to the surveillance operator..EVERYTHING (sounds, noises, movement, wind movement and direction, shadows, where the shadows will decrease and increase, animals nearby, inocent civilians nearby and the criminal you are watching). Much like a sniper..if you get noticed and are in a vulnerable position, you could get in some nasty trouble with the person or peple who you are investigating. The problem with air-soft scenarios is that most people do not want to use the actual skills that the sniper uses, because they are anxious to shoot and do not want to wait long periods of time to get their kills. However, on our team invites that we are now hosting from time to time, we do use sniper elements and we use the techniques of surveillance to instruct our mock air-soft snipers. Some of the guys have no experience with surveilance, reconnaissance, special LE assignments or military experience, but have been taught by someone.

I am definatly not going to lie thecapn is right on the black. I just usually wake up 10 minutes before leaving my house and grab my black long sleeve because its there haha. It hasnt gotten me spotted too much in the past 5 events or so, but yes stay away from black.

In the world of art black is defined as the presence of all/multiple colors combined, while white is absence of all colors. Also it's easier to make oneself darker then it is make oneself lighter.
