Alright as most of you know it is illegal to airsoft in the streets or on other peoples properties, but where would it be legal to like me and friends found this land and it seems cool and it looks like a great place to play so I was wondering, its not anyones land(i think its not) and we hang their a lot. So ya also does anyone know if we could start a petition to have an airsoft field build in sacramento, fairfield, and if so to who do we send it to?
More than likely someone owns that property.

welll yestarday me and friends where their and this guy who lives about 200 yards from the place drove his truck next to us and didn't say shit but looked at us. I think its governement owned because theirs a train track on it...
i think it would be cool to have a field in sac, but the whole thing about liability would be weird. but hey, if ur offering, get a few million dollars, buy a place, donate it to sacair, and build a course or two on it.
I don't think I have a couple millions laying around, but what if we made a petiton and like we got like 1000 signature (more?) than could we have a town/city build us a field...? So lets say that everyone signs from around sacramento and stuff and than we show them that about 50 people each weekend would be willing to come to their place to play airsoft if they provided us a field (that would make some nice things happen in the town right?)
Could a Sac LEO please correct me if I am wrong, but I think I remember reading a Sac Ordinance that airsoft play inside the city limits is illegal. so even if this land was not owned by anyone local--it would still be illegal to play there.

well me and my friends have found a nice little patch of city owned land that no one ever checks on... so we might start having some fun
clear it with the city, someone may check on it and u will have guns on city owned land and the city has these qonderfull people called cops and they have the power to arrest your dumbass.
