V3 Gearbox problem
I have this beautiful AK47, many of you have seen it, It rules the school.
simple things first, check the fuse if it has one. i spent 6 months trying to fix a nonfunctioning g36, when the only problem was a burnt fuse. and it had the same symptoms you're having
well if the fuse was burnt out it would prevent current from getting to the motor, and would prevent it from even turning at all. no?
the fuse burns out, but there is only a tiny gap where it burned. a connection can still be made for a while. then it burns more and it functions less and less till it doesnt work at all.
Hook the motor up to see if everything is working fine with the motor.

You just got killed by a Daewoo Lanos...How You like me now?
yes yes the batteries are good, i make my own batteries, and have tons lying around. they work in the other bajillion rifles i have.
Make sure your anti-reversal latch is set properly when you're in there.

no the gun fires sometimes, but usually it just turns the gears partially and dies, or the motor just clicks not able to turn the gears.
Well if the wires and everything is heating up and it is trying to move the gears then something is stuck.

um okay my aug v3 box just started doing the same thing. all my components are working components, and all of the sudden it just stops, and sounds like it trys and stops. i noticed the piston gets stopped in the back of the cylinder tensioning up the spring. i took the gear box apart and put it back together again and its still doing it!!! GAHHHH
V3 problems huh?... You need car battery to make it work. Hahahahaha...
okay so i opened up the gearbox again.....
okay so i fixed that shit and it still does the same thing.
I just took my time and re-shimmed my AK and that fixed the problem, it shoots like a champ now.

i just boobed in my pants if that means anything to you
shimming fixes everything. never underestimate shimming. :D
What's a signature?
re shimmed and fully greased up the gears and it runs great now.
