hey man you made the right choice, TM's are great beginner guns they are the most reliable, in my opinion TM beats CA any day.

I want to kick myself for selling your gun Ryan. That thing was awesome. I just had no use for it.

Thanks guys! I am glad I didnt buy the TM m16. I almost did but I felt that it was pretty wobbly and went with the Spetsnaz because it felt really sturdy and heavy.

I own 2 AK's.... I used to have a Beta too

good choice man. you did right by not starting out with a classic army. everyone should start out owning a tm. ca's are good but you need to have the experience to be able to fix them when the break...again and again and again.

and ive been seeing peeps with REAL wood kits off of old real steel AK's, the butt stock cant hold batterys so if u dont mind doing a batt bag then hey, or a lipol battery would mbaye fit.

Be aware, as stated, it is a solid gun stock. But when I had mine I decided to upgrade the body anyway to a magnesium body.... looks and feels great.. BUT... with a body upgrade on the AK, you may find that you will have problems with certain hi-cap magazines not feeding correctly.... I understand it is a hit and miss issue.... just an FYI Wink

oh and careful about metal front ends (g&p in particular). they need some dremeling to get them to match properly with both stock plastic bodies and metal bodies. if you don't install them correctly you might get a 30 or so fps drop. it's definately doable though.
