You have a team that needs to rescue 10 hostages from a grocery store. All the windows of the store have been blacked out by 30 gal. garbage bags and the doors to the store blocked with pallets of food using the stores forklift. Intel is sketchy and not reliable. All that is known for sure, through contact with the same terrorist is that they want 5 million wire transferred to an account. They have no demands for their escape. It is 12pm on todays date and by dawn of the next day they will kill the hostages.

I think the first thing is to get good intel of the place and situation. We need to know how many terrorist are in the building, what are their capabilities and who is the leader. We need visual and hearing capability and so put a communication line between us and the terrorist. Then we need to know how are the hostages, health wise. And lastly the location of the terrorist and hostages in the building.

Some key points that you guys overlooked.
