my experience with cylinders , is the laylax , very durable, your thinking of a teflon one correct?

i was jus wondering didnt really have any in mind. from there desription it looks like the PDI is the best but i havent heard of anyone having one.

well my experience , laylax is a very smooth pull back , on my aps-2 anyways , my vsr one was good too.

i had the PRO version , and it was very sturdy , but i would suggest getting a new magazine release thingy , mags were wobbly , but that was the only thing wrong with it , sturdy as heck. didnt feel cheap at all , but the plastic of the body felt a little toyish to me , if you dont like that , you could paint it , and that would be one badass gun!

yah i was looking into getting the g spec version and gettin a cylinder and piston a zero trigger tightbore and possibly a air seal chamber but i hear that the hop up is already good. wut spring do u think i will need to get it to around 530-550 fps

a 150sp spring and a tightbor will put you at 535 fps, at least it did for my PRO version. get a reinforced bolt handle too , you will need it.

ok im sure ill get flamed for this, but i have talked to someone who has owned the HFC USR-11 (VSR-10 clone) and its the exact same as the VSR, and can take all the upgrade parts, and is about 100 dollars cheaper, thats only if you dont want the Gspec though, incase you change your mind

if you can afford it the pdi bore-up is very nice from what i hear. the only problem with it is you have to buy the bore-up receiver, bore-up trigger and the bore-up cylinder kit.

I believe it depends in what lenght you get with a 430 I think it should be fine but once you get in the 500's and above then ya you will need a bore up kit cause the regular cylinder can't push enough air for a barrel that long Atlanta aisoft store I think has the pdi barrels in stock for a 430 its about 114 USD
