i have a tm aug with a 120 spring in it. My battery is a 10.8v 600mah battery. It dies after about 5 seconds of firing on full auto.

from my experience, your runtime is an effect of cell capacity, not so much voltage. The difference between a 9.6 and a 10.8 isn't going to cause you to have an adverse effect on the runtime, rather bad cell maintenance will do so. I'm not sure if you are still running NiCd (its 600 mah, come on. thats gotta be some oldschool), but i suggest upgrading to a NiMh of LiPo system. The only worry about lipo is fire, but you gotta be dumb or forgetful to fry one of those packs.
