My brother Jeppy Jay posted a thread earlier that asked if the academy l85a1 aeg was good and reliable and one of you said that airsoft club makes way better l85a1s. Well I went to airsoftclub.com and all i could find of the l85a1 that is an aeg was the one made by academy. I really like l85a1s and I might get one later but I wont if its not reliable. Can I find a good one elsewhere?

I went to AEX and the guy there said that the Airsoft Club L85a1 aegs were still not that reliable and that I should wait until another company comes out with an aeg in a year or so.

Classic Army is planning on making one. Arnie's Airsoft used to have preview photos of it. I'd wait for that one. At most, it'd take some systema parts to work 100%
What's a signature?
I talked to the guys over at airsoft shop, and was advised to avoide the academy L85. As was stated CA is planing one after they put out there AK. They claimed that they would be releasing a new gun every 3 mo, but that has not worked out .
Yeah, from the way it looks CA might have bitten off more than they can chew with that statement. However they have released a whole line of MP5's with Navy receivers, and are getting ready to release their SAW, and G36C, but I'd much rather have the AK47.
