help with g23f
i just got a g23 from a member off arnies, and i fired it for a little while, and it was good, but now, the trigger seems to be locked, like there is a safety on, i cant shoot in semi or auto.
take the slide off, is any thing jamming behind the hammer or jaming the trigger springs.
nothing jammed. trigger assembly moves and everything, just cant pull it back the last 3 mm or so to fire the gun
manully force the hammer back so like the slide would have done when u cock it, then pull the trigger same issue?

well when i pull the slide off, the hammer is cocked. i cant pull the trigger to release the hammer.
lokk at the hammer, on the right side of it there should be hammer release and the trigger dohikey that puches the realse, use a pen and see if u cant manually release the hammer
sounds like shananagins to me...g/l
cant get the hammer to release.
well if your fealing lucky take the hammer apart and find out why. Not a good idea if its your first time. Unles i had it in front of me i cant help u ne more. Aex could always look at it for you.
i should probably leave it alone, as i have never been that lucky unless i was shuffling as i can force and stack cards.
ha i hear ya, goo d luck.
reviving this. is there anyone here who works on gbb? i want to fix this so i can trade with an arnies member.
I think that there is a screw in the back of the slide that holds the whole gas assembly in. Make sure that, that screw hasent backed out...its a commen problem on the auto glocks...atleast I think so

cant really spot that screw. is there anyone who would be willing to work on it?

my gun doesnt have that safety. i thought that was only on the g26c.
you might have lost a spring that resets the trigger bar so it catches on to the hammer sear when you pull the trigger :P
